Fraport Slovenija at the top of the list of reputable employers this year as well

Slovenia’s largest jobseeking website, Mojedelo.com, has conducted its eighth in-depth look at the country’s most reputable employers, and today awarded the prizes. More than a thousand jobseekers took part in the survey, once again placing Fraport Slovenija at the top of the list of the country’s most reputable employers. This is the sixth time, and the fourth year in a row, that Fraport Slovenija have received this accolade. It is a reflection of our efforts over many years and of the fact that we base our practice on sustainable relations with our employees. It is also recognition of the effort the company invests in its image on the market. The award was received on behalf of Fraport Slovenija by Špela Uršič, head of the HR and training department.

On receiving the award, managing director Zmago Skobir said: ‘This means a very great deal to us. Fraport Slovenija’s activities and strategic goals require a good professional team with high levels of specialist knowledge. In order to attract the very best staff, we offer our employees excellent working conditions and safe and stable employment. For us, caring for our staff is a matter of strategic importance and consists of everything from conditions at the workplace, health and safety at work and the promotion of talent to training and the provision of cultural and recreational activities.’

We have recruited in considerable numbers recently, with the number of employees increasing in this period from just over 400 to 483. This is primarily the result of a growth in traffic – 2018 was a record year for us in terms of passenger numbers – and good business results. At the same time, we have put a lot of energy into creating even better working conditions.
