Fraport Slovenia published the Sustainability Report for 2022

Zg. Brnik, 1.9. 2023 - Fraport Slovenia reports on its efforts in the field of sustainable development in an independent Sustainability Report for the eighth year in a row. The report, prepared in accordance with GRI standards, is complementary to the Annual Report, where the company discloses its operations.

The preparation of the Sustainability Report is a complex project for the company and an opportunity to assess the most important impacts of the company, re-examine the validity and relevance of the overall and sectoral strategic documents, management and supervisory functions of all areas of sustainable development, including risks and opportunities, read the values of key performance indicators and assess trend in the light of the set goals.

By respecting the values and commitments of sustainable development, we systematically do everything necessary to reduce CO2 emissions and greener business with sustainable practices. The preparation of a strategy for the carbon neutrality of our airport, which we aim to achieve in 2045, with concrete projects and time milestones, was also included among the ten key projects of this year.

"With the sustainability report, the eighth in a row, we show our efforts in the field of sustainability. We report on all aspects of sustainable development that we have identified as key with the materiality matrix and place them in the industry and global sustainability context. The novelty of this year's report lies in the convenience of the format, which improves the user experience when browsing online and enlivens it with dynamic displays of content. We have additionally enriched it with videos that extract the most crucial aspects of our sustainable operation. I would like to thank everyone who participated in the creation of the content for this and wish you a pleasant reading," said Primož Primožič, who is responsible for the implementation of the report preparation project and is otherwise an environmental protection expert, at the release of the report.
